中文的文章網址，有一日你把網址改英文之後，勢必要做一下301轉址，但原本中文網址用301轉址外掛時可能會轉址失敗，你可能要先多做一個步驟...

如果直接貼上中文網址做轉址，如下圖，會無法轉址成功。
因為此中文網址沒有經過編碼，有經過編碼的中文網址，後面中文部分會是一串亂碼，所以我們必須再把中文網址轉成有亂碼的那一種才有用，
